Talentless buskers need not apply: Yellowknife introduces new rules to keep crappy performers off the streets
Critics are calling the rules 'harsh,' a draconian measure sure to eliminate that budding Canadian busker spirit, while others are applauding the move...it might be appropriate to set the same standard for "performers" at your local city hall!
