I am not an economist or a chartered accountant so even if I had all the facts and figures, which I don't have, so I can't make a definitive statement on whether it will or will not be revenue neutral but I know that when I get my utility bills and make purchases I will be paying more up front out my decreasing disposable income and giving me back my money at income tax time doesn't put food on the table today.

In a sure sign that politics makes strange bedfellows, Conservative Leader Stephen Harper and NDP Leader Jack Layton both took aim at Liberal Leader Stephane Dion's "Green Shift" carbon tax plan Thursday.
