Everyone is running so fast to jump on the Al Gore bandwagon they don't have the time to think things out logically.......good thing Ken has thought it out.
Ontario considering incandescent bulb ban

Before Ontario plunges headlong into a ban on incandescent light bulbs, limitations on the use of the newer energy-saving bulbs should be considered. They cannot be used in enclosed recessed fixtures, nor can they be used with a dimmer switch. If incandescents are banned, homeowners would be required to replace such fixtures and switches. While Environment Minister Laurel Broten's goal is commendable, she would be wise to delay this ban until manufacturers can develop an energy-efficient bulb that can be used without restrictions.
