Miller doesn't have a Plan B: he hides behind his left wing lackeys; ie: getting Pam McConnell to get rid of Fantino is a good example, he failed to go after the unions for the revenue loss due to a wildcat strike, protecting the solitude of the squatters on the island by reneging on the bridge contract and publicly trying to destroy Porter Airline which brings jobs and revenue to the city, etc. and it is nice that the teflon is starting to flake off and people are starting to see the real Comrade Miller.
