I would say perhaps Harper should face a review himself. Let's face it. 3 kicks at the can, and in another election where the liberals were all but disintegrated and their leader was 'not a leader', he still failed to deliver even a slight majority.
We all knew Dion would fail, but the real story I think, is Harper's continued failure. He had better hope the liberals don't pick a visionary charismatic leader. Because he will have some real challenges then, which could prove fatal to his party.
