I Agree...

...resolve all land claims, shutdown the Department Of Indian Affairs, eliminate the $6B payments, give the bands the same powers and responsibilities as municipalities and allow them to raise revenue through property taxes, provide and pay for services from these taxes, include them in transfer payments to the provinces, etc.
