The only plague that hasn't landed on Toronto yet this week is locusts, but they're coming

Normally I have very little sympathy for Torontonians. Most of the smug, half-informed, lefty thinking that infects our nation’s policy has its origins there. And any city that would elect David Miller mayor — twice — deserves what it gets.
