infrastructure
Revenue tools? Oh that's what they're calling taxes nowadays.

TORONTO - Premier Kathleen Wynne told a Liberal fundraiser Wednesday night that she will pursue new "revenue tools" to build roads, bridges and transit across the province.
Opposition parties at Queen's Park have shown no interest in backing the minority Wynne government on new taxes or road tolls.
But Wynne said that she wants to build "a lot of new infrastructure" -- everything from roads that link rural and northern communities to affordable housing and transit.
"We cannot do all of that with our current revenue streams," Wynne said. "It's not practical and more than that, it's not responsible. We would have to mortgage our future -- to sacrifice one generation to another -- if we were to do it that way."
Wynne said she wants to work with municipalities and the federal government to develop the revenue streams.
The premier didn't specify what those tools would look like.
