...if he wants to meet the same results as the mainstream education system he has to become part of that mainstream physically. For all intents and purpose "First Nations" are competing with immigrants who come to Canada looking to integrate. Assimilation, if not totally at least physically, is the only way Atleo and other chiefs will benefit their "constituensts!
