The NDP: A Party of Malcontents
Conrad Black has written a fascinating column about the history of the NDP, up to and including the recent defeat in BC. Well worth a read.
B.C. has rejected eco-terrorist primitivism and the dictatorship of questionable elements of the leadership of the native people. It voted for economically and environmentally sensible use of the oil sands and against inter-provincial combat. B.C. NDP leader Adrian Dix was a pawn in the trans-continental NDP game of trying to suck and blow at the same time, but he has vanished in the cross-draft.
