I HAVE A QUESTION....



  
The Island airport: hazardous to Toronto’s health
 
 
the Toronto Health report report states
 
* "10%-15% Proportion of air pollution the Island airport currently contributes to the waterfront area" .
 
MY QUESTION; "WHAT/WHO CREATES 85-90% OF THE AIR POLUTION IN THE WATERFRONT AREA.
