Thnk about it. Evaluate the performance and results of social in-activists in your neighborhood and decide whether you are receiving value for your tax $$$. Why would you expect positive results from people who would become unemployed if they solved the "problems" they champion?

To implement these principles, the City of Toronto's grants programs will ensure that:
(1) all organizations receiving City grants are non-discriminatory and promote the goals of anti-racism, access and equity;
(2) all organizations receiving City grants take reasonable steps to ensure their services, programs anddecision-making reflect the community they serve;
(3) the City of Toronto's grants programs are accessible to organizations from Toronto's diverse communities, including organizations representing equity-seeking communities; and
(4) all required documentation and conditions will be reasonable and grants will not be withheld if the applicant is taking reasonable steps to comply with City policy.

I just wondering how or where did you learned to speak like the way you do.
Because you are are not white, and that is obvious, I would like to invite you to take a walk around or drive in Arizona and see and feel in your own skin the racism that exist [sic] in that state. I really would like you to experience first hand the racial prejudice. I would like you to feel how does it feel to be discrimated [sic] for the simple reason of the color of your skin.
Take a walk in Arizona. By yourself. Racism is dangerous and harmful, but attempts to pass rules against it can sometimes do more harm than good. As Exhibit A, consider the appalling report of the Task Force on Campus Racism, published last week by the Ontario section of the Canadian Federation of Students. It’s one more tyrannical attempt to legislate decency by increasing bureaucracy. Far from pointing us toward a racism-free world, the task force contributes to the culture of accusation that has encouraged a mean, fearful atmosphere in Canadian universities. The text, just 48 pages long but with 79 recommendations, expresses the views of nine people, professors and students, who are obviously far more interested in the dogmas of “diversity” and “equity” than teaching and studying. Their research, all purely anecdotal, violates basic standards of academic work. The witnesses they quote are self-selected, students who appeared at task force meetings to complain that something they saw (or maybe something they just sort of felt) appeared racist. That’s a social scientist’s nightmare, no more meaningful than interviews picked up on the street by a TV reporter.

One of the most predictable effects of anti-racism policies can be found in the law of unintended consequences, in that after a while they tend to foster and perpetuate the very racism those policies aim to defeat. After all, cataloging and enumerating every shade of skin pigment in a University is more than just an exercise in demography. It preserves the contradictory premise of anti-racism theory, by arguing that race is important and needs to be identified, so that we may observe how far the targets of this alleged racism have come. Instead of applying simple, logical rules in workplaces and educational institutions, such as valuing individuality in concert with equality, and then admonishing those people who break those rules, there are too many people who classify discrimination into two distinct categories. The one category is the privileged white Christian heterosexual male who is assumed can never be a victim of any sort, and the other contains everybody else who happens to reside in the world. This makes it easy, since institutions can add all the white people together, all the non-white people together, and then subtract one from another to see if it is diverse enough.
