Just What Toronto Taxpayers Need...Another Study

The only solution I have heard that has a chance of working is to charge those that give in to beggars. It would help if ALL the local media highlighted  panhandling on a daily basis and I am sure they could find an army of citizen volunteers who would supply pictures and prose of the problem in their neighborhoods.

...not much different than our needs/desires but we must remember that pandhandling and homelessness are two seperate issues. Panhandling has become a cottage industry!

Why Not...

...it is obvious that our left wing clown council are not going to take any action so why not make them another source of revenue that our clown councilors can piss away but I would include those who are deemed homeless, even when thousands of $$$ are spent on shelters for the homeless, and would make it mandatory that "panhandlers" issue receipts to people who could claim charitable contributions and Canada Revenue would expect tax returns.

Let's take the following one step further and make a panhandler our Pan Am Game Mascot...
