Ottawa's inaction on search-and-rescue has gone on too long already

There is nothing more disturbing to be found in the Auditor-General's report than details about the state of some Canada's fleet of search-and-rescue aircraft. There is no excuse for this sad state of affairs beyond simple government incompetence stretching back well over a decade
