Police deny pressuring Toronto-area rabbi to cancel speech by U.S. anti-Islamist blogger Pamela Geller

York Regional Police, where Rabbi Mendel Kaplan is a volunteer chaplain, said some of Geller's comments ‘really posed a conflict situation for us’

...the JDL, geller and her publicist should thank York Region for all the "free" publicity. A lot of the guys at Timmies probably never heard of her before.
