NDP MP Pat Martin made news when he Tweeted “This is a f---ing disgrace…closure again. And on the Budget. There’s no democracy in the world that would tolerate this jackboot s----.”

Pat Martin’s use of the F-bomb on Twitter has provoked the same kind of outraged reaction that greeted Kenneth Tynan, the English theatre critic, when he was the first person to drop the four-letter verb on British television 46 years ago.
