McHale Is Pushing The Envelope

and he of all people should understand that there are two justice systems in this province.....one for the indian terrorists and one for everyone else. The terrorists ignored a number of court orders to vacate the property until, with probably government help, they found a judge that overturned the original court order. Why was McHale arrested but the terrorists hunker down on land which we, the taxpayers of Ontario, bought. If anything McHale should be charged with stupidity if he feels that in a confrontation with indians he can get justice in Ontario.

Come on Gary.....you have had your 15 minutes in the spotlight.

CALEDONIA, Ont. -- Police have arrested Gary McHale, the Richmond Hill, Ont., man who organized a protest Saturday at the site of the ongoing aboriginal occupation in Caledonia, Ont.

McHale and a London, Ont., man, Mark Vandermaas were arrested by Ontario Provincial Police when they neared the occupation site, waving Canadian flags.

Vandermaas was forced to the ground and the flag was ripped from his hands when he crossed the line onto the disputed property.

Police said the two were arrested on breaking the peace-related charges.

The protest was widely condemned by many who said it could provoke violence and jeopardize ongoing negotiations to end the 10-month occupation.

McHale also held a rally in October which descended into a two-hour standoff with police after protesters attempted to storm the contested land.

Six Nations protesters have occupied the former housing site since February and say they will remain on the land until it is returned to them.
