Any Forensic Accountants Out There?
If so can you explain where is the cash coming from to insitute these Green Inatives, exactly how much is being allocated and where are the savings coming from....let's have two boxes marked Out and In. Put the allocated $$$ in the Out Box and the savings in the In Box. Based on what Mayor Miller is saying the IN box will be bigger than the Out box....let's wait and see.

When Mayor David Miller got up at council last week boasting that his new plan to green the city's fleet was a "win, win, win, win, win, win" for everyone, my skeptical antennae went on high alert.
