Oh dear — here we go again; Another whiny Toronto Star campaign to get more bucks shoveled at Toront … oops, I mean at "cities." The last campaign, which flowered in 2007 and piggybacked on Mayor David Miller's 1-cent plan, had a similar gimme-gimme theme. But this time, things are more complicated: Stephen Harper has already showered billions on Canadian cities, and Toronto in particular. How will the city-proud Star editors square this awkward fact with their already declared support for Dion?
