Toronto deputy mayor threatens to withhold Pride funding

TORONTO – The cheque isn’t even in the mail.
Toronto Deputy Mayor Doug Holyday said the city should simply withhold Pride Toronto’s funding, forcing the festival to come and beg for taxpayers’ cash.
