...begs the question if the position will not be refilled why does the position exist now and if there is no buyout will the position remain?
City to offer nearly 50,000 workers buyouts

City Manager Joe Pennachetti will announce a buyout package for most of the city of Toronto’s workforce as early as Tuesday

It also begs the question in addition to the CASH payout will the x-employee still be entitled to sick day bank, pension entitlement, health benefits, etc. etc. Also where is the buyout $$$ coming from..

About Me

My photo
I lean to the right but I still have a heart and if I have a mission it is to respond to attacks on people not available to protect themselves and to point out the hypocrisy of the left at every opportunity.MY MAJOR GOAL IS HIGHLIGHT THE HYPOCRISY AND STUPIDITY OF THE LEFTISTS ON TORONTO CITY COUNCIL. Last word: In the final analysis this blog is a relief valve for my rants/raves.
