McGinty has failed the people of Ontario in not ordering the Ontario Provincial Police to enforce the law in incidents like Caledonia. Prime Minister Harper has failed the people of Canada by not taking punitive action against those who do not obey the law of the country. Indians must pay the same price that non-indians pay when they break the law.
