City Hall report cards are in
Candidates will start registering to run in the 2010 Toronto election tomorrow. What better time to look at the incumbents? From a distance this council deserves a D-. But the Sun's Sue-Ann Levy, Bryn Weese and Rob Granatstein get their markers out and go through every councillor's work at City Hall.
