Was It Councilor Carrol Who Said Council Decisions Are Supreme...

...and outweigh the law of the land?

City’s $65,680 legal payout to councillor coming to a boil: Levy By Sue-Ann Levy

If Coun. Adrian Heaps had the slightest shred of decency, he’d offer not to take the $65,680 for his legal bills which are now the subject of a Toronto Party for a Better City lawsuit.
