...a meeting with Harper will accomplish little. He is a skilled and experienced politician and he will be dealing with a group who have not shown any effective leadership and in reality don't seem to have a common ground. I think this is highlighted by the lack of sharing by indian bands of $$$ they get from developers, mining companies, etc.
