A community approach to dealing with AIDS

When the numbers pile up against a specific community, or a section of it, the tendency is to shift the blame and forever complain about why The Man keeps dishing out these statistics that portray my community in a bad light.
I am sorry Innocent but until you brought the issue of Aids among our local black population to my attention I was not aware of the statistics....THE MAN seems to be dropping the ball. I am glad to see the community is taking action instead of blaming THE MAN.
