And he was a political science professor?!

NIAGRA FALLS -- Fifty bucks says Stephane Dion won't repeat this mistake.
The federal Liberal Leader short-shrifted William Lyon Mackenzie King, one of his predecessors as party leader, Wednesday in a speech in St. Catharines.
During a town hall meeting promoting the Green Shift platform, Dion answered a Brock University student's question by professing his own lifelong commitment to higher learning.
If the Liberals win the next election, "it will be the first time in the history of Canada that the prime minister of Canada will have a PhD," Dion said.
A couple hundred Liberals signalled their approval with applause.
It was a good sales pitch. But it's not true.
