Moira Has Hit The Nail On The Head BUT....
.....people choose to get on the internet (blogs, message boards, forums, etc.) and most keyboards have an ENTER key which allows the user to select what they will view. Like society in general you don't have to associate with people whose personality offends you. Cyberbullies are the 21st centuries old maid spinister neighbor who was constantly peeking out of her lace curtains.
