At the one-week mark since her daughter disappeared just blocks from her home and school, Tara-Marie McDonald emerged into public view again yesterday.It was the first time the 30-year-old mother has been so visible in this small town about 130 kilometres southwest of Toronto since a weekend vigil for eight-year-old Victoria, who is known as Tori though of late she had announced to her family that she would prefer to be addressed as Miley, after the teen singer and actor Miley Cyrus.
