It's not titillating, just interesting. AIDS activists maintain it's a safety issue. But bringing it under California law could be illegal, because porn stars are regularly tested for HIV, which is viewed as discriminatory. So to make them wear condoms would require ending tests for HIV, negating the whole point of the exercise.
