Fighting for their meal ticket
In the four years since I first brought to light the controversial use of a controversial meal ticket by Toronto welfare recipients, the number of Ontario Works (OW) cases in Toronto has jumped from 66,723 to a projected 90,000 per month this year, or 35%.
