The Biggest Loser Seems To Be Common Sense...

...I am in a confrontation with an individual who appears to be under the influence of alcohol (proven after the fact) and both my spouse and I are both in clear and imminent danger and I have seconds to decide whether to fight or flee. What would you do?

Nobody “won” Tuesday when special prosecutor Richard Peck withdrew criminal charges against former Ontario attorney general Michael Bryant, in connection with the death of Toronto bicycle courier Darcy Allan Sheppard last Aug. 31. 

...and a side issue is why would Shepherd's employer send him out on deliveries knowing his propensity for using alcohol. Under the law a bartender can be charged for a similar offence.
