Small Fish In A Big Pond?

Maybe Washington isn't Obama's kind of town
Chicago can be viewed as being up to your waist in alligators so even the minuscule step to survive is viewed as a victory but in Washington the swamp is larger and the number of alligators is smaller...Barack is not Crocodile Dundee.
