    A Montrealer who says he was duped into believing he had won a jackpot of more than $800,000 in a Time magazine sweepstakes will have his day in the Supreme Court of Canada to argue that marketers should pay for trying to mislead consumers into thinking they have won prizes.
  • Tobacco case goes to Supreme
    Federal government denies it was 'senior partner' in industry. The Supreme Court of Canada will consider whether the federal government should be potentially liable for health costs associated with smoking.
