Dynasty-ending spending orgy: Levy
During last Monday’s orgy of last-minute spending at the city executive committee, I overheard Pam McConnell loudly reading to a bureaucrat her motion about purchasing a Pape Ave. building to create affordable housing for starving artists.
...it is obvious that McConnell is not aware of the number of establishments in the city named Starving Artists and their success. But to be fair they are not in her ward. BTW has McConnell attended any of the council meetings where the homeless unit in the Entertainment District is being opened at some date in the future.
