Kelly McParland: Ignatieff’s bus tour Tamil policy

Everyone knows Michael Ignatieff has been on a bus all summer, rolling around Canada meeting everyday Canadians (a phrase I’ve never understood, as I’ve never met any every-other-day Canadians, or any alternate-Thursdays Canadians).
He was in Winnipeg recently, and the rules state that when he gets off the bus he must:
1. Point out what a great summer he’s been having
2. Say something nice about what a great town [fill in name of current location] is.
3. Criticize the Harper government.
