How Does This Tenant Association Rate Toronto Community Housing?

...have the complaints against this landlord been verified by a special inquiry as was THS? 

'Worst landlord' winner cries foul, some tenants applaud

A member of the Parkdale Tenants Association is dressed as a wizard duirng the association's awarding of the Golden Cockroach award to Metcap Living. The award is given annually to the landlord the association feels is the worst in the city.

A company labelled as the worst landlord of 2010 said the allegations against them are not “correct, relevant or proper.”
