...IMHO is the mainstream media and the Jones debacle is a prime example. I will admit that their is a fine line between the publics right to know and censorship but there has to be a point where the media walks away but right now this doesn't happen until some more outrageous comes along.

Over the past few weeks the mainstream media in the U.S. provided a textbook lesson of how to inflate an obscure story, and by implication suggest an overwhelming majority of Americans are perilously close to being bigots in opposing the building of the Ground Zero mosque in New York City.
