MANAGEMENT OF CO-OPS ARE NOT ALL THE SAME

Diane Gordon says she suffers from hepatitis C, cirrhosis, diabetes, an enlarged spleen, and asthma, and has mental health issues. She faces eviction from the housing co-op where she has lived for 22 years.

...two extremes; TCHC and Carillon Co-Op! When was the last time anyone was evicted from TCHC? How many TCHC tenants are not in compliance? I am not making a judgement in this particular instance but this the first time I have heard of a subsidized Co-Op taking action.
