WHY IS EVERYTHING REGARDING SPECIAL STATUS GROUPS A CRISIS

Aboriginal jury representation 'crisis' in Ontario

Qualifications to serve on a jury:
  • be at least 19 years old;
  • be a Canadian citizen; and
  • be a resident of the province of the jurisdiction that served you.

    ...wouldn't this eliminate many Indians from serving on a CANADIAN jury?
