They've already made themselves the pesticide, dog, tree, art mural, garbage, smog, food cart and even the creativity police.
Now, it seems those champions of the greater good -- Mayor David Miller and his minions at the Socialist Republik of Toronto -- also want to be known as the coffee cup and plastic bag police.
The city's garbage officials unveiled their latest weapon in the mayor's war to save the planet (and promote himself as the Climate Change King) this past Tuesday afternoon at one of those technical briefings (i.e., Politburo spin sessions) that have become the norm at Socialist Silly Hall.
