Call it the audacity of hype.

Consider the evidence from my overstuffed mail-bag.

"I think the Liberal, NDP and Bloc (separatist party) political coup on the Parliament of Canada is despicable and disgusting ... This is something you might see in Guatemala, Nicaragua or Haiti."

"Hissy fit Dion, Jack Rat Layton, and the separatists ... oh, I forgot Senator Elizabeth, shut- down-Canadian-energy, May, the arrogance."

"We don't care what these power hungry losers say -- THEY DO NOT SPEAK FOR CANADIANS."

"I am happy that this ill-conceived coalition has opened a Pandora's Box that will never be closed ... Only real change that will result in the dismantling of the arcane parliamentary system ..."
