THERE'S NO WORD ON WHAT LED TO THIS LATEST DANGEROUS DISCHARGE..

Could the reason by that the left wing bleeding hearts turned our police force into social workers with guns and and those same bleeding hearts have corrupted the remainder of the justice system and to some extent our immigration system. IMO when we had the Yonge Street riots, during Bob Rae's watch, and rather than take a tough stance with the rioters, mainly black youth, we appointed Steven Lewis to hold an inquiry and we ended up throwing $$$$ at the problem rather than punishing the perps. That solution has continued......

Shots Ring Out Again Near Street Where Jordan Manners Lived

Wednesday June 6, 2007

For the second time since the death of 15-year-old murder victim Jordan Manners, shots rang out in the neighbourhood he once called home.

Police were called to Driftwood Court in the Jane-Finch area at around 5pm after reports of gunshots, and while no one was hurt, there could easily have been another tragedy. One of the bullets went right through a townhouse window. Three people - two men and a woman - were arrested in a high risk takedown and it's believed the Guns and Gangs Task Force was present.

Manners was gunned down exactly 14 days earlier at C.W. Jefferys C.I. That tragedy was followed by a frightening incident, after at least three different guns were used to pay a twisted 'tribute' to the fallen lad in the middle of the night late last week.

This latest incident comes after community groups gathered to demand an inquest be held into the young man's death. They've dared politicians to show up and say they'll hold the 'hearings' with or without them. There's no word on what led to this latest dangerous discharge.

$4 Million Plan Gives "Summer School" A Whole New Meaning
Wednesday June 6, 2007

Normally, kids can't wait to get out of school when the final bell rings in the summer. But this year, they may be heading right back there - and even get paid for the privilege. It's all part of a $4 million decision made by the McGuinty government to give thousands of inner city kids in troubled neighbourhoods a place to go during their two month hiatus. Some will even be able to work at the 150 opened schools and be paid $12 an hour for their trouble.
