But we don't seem to have one to deal with the blood red problem........we will hear from the local politocos that the province, the feds, the US, etc. is to blame but it seems to me that the police come under the jurisdiction of the Toronto Police Services board of which Comrade Miller is a member.

One man is dead after gunfire erupted in a residential area in Rexdale Saturday afternoon.
At least three more people were wounded when shots were fired in Jamestown Crescent, near Albion and Islington.
The three wounded have been taken to hospital.
