Two Areas Where McGinty Has Come Up Short....

...during his tenure. Where are the nurses he promised in previous budgets, why is literacy still a problem in our schools, where are the promised improvements in nursing homes, etc.? As far as retraining programs MacDonalds and Burger King and Home Depot already have training programs....is it possible that these training programs will teach oriental languages?
