GREAT. I'm tired of having some asshole who thinks blowing second hand smoke at me is quite ok.
The last time I saw that happen, someone hit the the subway emergency strip, and while the security was slightly miffed it was just a smoker, they nailed the guy and the whole subway car cheered.
Get that filthy shit out of here. So yeah. Make it a 10k fine. And 500 hours community service.
