Harris backed early learning, expert says

Dalton McGuinty may be casting himself as the champion of all-day kindergarten, but apparently he wasn’t the first Ontario premier who was keen on early learning. 9 September 05:11 

...during the Harris era the government ran the education system unlike the current government where the teacher;s unions have been allowed to hijack the system as payment for not embarassing the liberals through walkouts, marches, etc.
