IMHO all sentences should have been consecutive which would ensure Williams would never be considered for release.

Soon to be ex-Col. Russell Williams was given two life sentences Thursday for horrific crimes he admitted "traumatized" many. Williams will not be eligible for parole for 25 years.
...cheap at any price; why would we there be any appeals? Is there ny doubt he is guilty?
