Vote paves way to open up spaces for the homeless, but in-activists question whether it will lead to real change in overburdened system

 

....you want to make real change then the first question should be; "Where did you last pay rent/mortgage?" If not in Toronto a bus ticket would be issued and the monies not spent could be used to improve the system!

 

It is time to start kicking our jobless brother-in-laws out of the basement.
