The notice of claim focuses on Ford’s comments to Black about his encounter with Dale near his home back in May 2012. “I have little kids. When a guy is taking pictures with little kids, I don’t want to say that word but you start thinking, you know, what is this guy all about,” Ford told Black.

If I weres Ford's legal team I would call police officers (including auxillary) to swear under oath that before they go on duty at major events, CNE is a good example, whether they are instructed to pay special attention to photographers taking pictures in predominately children areas and to question these individuals forgoing the rights of these individuals...
